As Vice President of Human Resources, Kristin Zaepfel is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Edgewater Technology's Human Resources (HR) Department while participating in making strategic HR decisions as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Prior to joining Edgewater in 2003, Kristin was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Xchange, Inc., an international, high-growth, customer relationship management software and services company in Boston. With approximately 20 years of Human Resources experience, she has also held various HR positions at such organizations as HPR, Inc., Mellon Bank Corporation, and The Boston Company.

Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Allegheny College and also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College.
