Ori Fishler, Director of Internet Commerce for Edgewater Technology, was a panelist on the
Issues in Web 2.0 in the Insurance Organization
session and presented on the relevancy of Web 2.0 technology to Insurance organizations. Given that Web 2.0 is popularly viewed as “social tool” driven, the impact for Insurance organizations seems minimal. But, Ori believes:
“So what does it mean for insurers? An updated Web 2.0 strategy will need to identify and address all the interaction and collaboration points with each audience segment and provide them with the right mix of self service, collaboration and engagement and social interaction."
