Edgewater's ASA Project, which is a state-of-the-art student loan processing system that manages each step in the student loan life cycle including, loan origination, processing guarantee, disbursement of funds, invoicing of lenders, pre-claims, and claims, sources, was selected as a finalist in the "Best Enterprise Solution". Winners will be announced on August 5th at the first annual SI Impact Awards gala in San Diego, CA sponsored by: 3Com, Hewlett Packard, Merisel, Palm Pilot, PSINet and Xircom. The awards gala coincides with IDC's Solutions Integrator Forum, a two-day event for executives from integration companies, value-added resellers, independent software vendors, and consulting firms who want actionable information about how to maximize revenue from the services side of their business.

Edgewater Technology's client Hannaford's HomeRuns was a finalist in the 1999 Windows World Open competition for the HOMER Project, which Edgewater developed for HomeRuns. The Windows World Open is a prestigious international competition that recognizes excellence in custom applications using Microsoft Windows.
