From Logan Airport
(Approximately 30 to 45 minutes of travel time)

Follow the outbound roadway signs from for I-90 W/I-93 S/Williams Tunnel/Mass Pike
Take the ramp onto I-90W, then exit 24 for I-93N
I-93N for approximately 13 miles to exit 37A for I-95/128 North
Follow I-95/128 to Exit 39, North Avenue
Go right off the exit ramp and follow North Avenue for approximately 1¼ miles
At the set of lights where the Dunkin Donuts is on your left and a small train station is on your right, take a right onto Albion Street
Take the second left after the tracks onto Lake Street
200 Harvard Mill Square's main entrance is on the left
Limited visitor parking is available at the main entrance
For additional parking, turn left out of the main entrance driveway onto Lake Street and take the first left onto Maple Street. Parking is available at the end of the block on the right. Walk back to the main entrance by crossing Maple Street and going left then turning right at the corner onto Lake Street. The entrance is halfway up the block on your right.

From Boston and Points South of Boston

I-93N for approximately 13 miles to exit 37A for I-95/128 North
Follow I-95/128 to Exit 39, North Avenue
Go right off the exit ramp and follow North Avenue for approximately 1¼ miles
At the set of lights where the Dunkin Donuts is on your left and a small train station is on your right, take a right onto Albion Street
Take the second left after the tracks onto Lake Street
200 Harvard Mill Square's main entrance is on the left

From Central/Western New Hampshire

I-93S OR Route 3S to I-95/128 North
Follow I-95/128 to Exit 39, North Avenue
Go right off the exit ramp and follow North Avenue for approximately 1¼ miles

From Eastern New Hampshire

I-95S to I-95/128 South
Follow I-95/128 to Exit 39, North Avenue
Go left off of the exit ramp and follow North Avenue for approximately 1½ miles

From Mass Turnpike and Western Suburbs

Follow I-95/128 North to Exit 39, North Avenue

Take the second left after the tracks onto Lake Street

Utilizing the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA)

Edgewater can be easily accessed by traveling on the MBTA's Haverhill/Reading Commuter Line, which travels out of North Station in Boston.

Detrain at the Wakefield stop
Go back to the intersection, turn right and walk up Albion Street
Take the second left onto Lake Street
The 200 Harvard Square entrance is through the small parking lot on the left side of Lake Street

Take I- 93 South to Route 3
Merge onto I-293 East, look for Airport signs
Take Exit 2 -- Brown Ave./Rte 3A -- toward Manchester Airport
Turn left onto NH-3A/Brown Ave., and continue straight to third intersection
Turn left onto Perimeter Road, 1050 Perimeter Road is about a half mile up on your right

I-95 South to Rte 287 West
Get off exit 9N-S (Hutchinson River Parkway), which merges into Westchester Avenue
At the 2nd light, make a right onto Corporate Park Drive, follow to the end, building 108
Go to the back of the building (stay to the right) to park
Enter from the back, go straight down the hall and take the 1st right, Suite 105 is at the end of the hall on the right

From I-287 East:

Get off at exit 9A (I-684/Westchester Avenue)
Stay to the right to get on Westchester Avenue
At 2nd light make a left on to Corporate Park Drive; get in right lane and continue up the hill
Follow around to building 108
Go to the back of the building (stay to the right) to park
Enter from the back, go straight down the hall and take the 1st right, Suite 105 is at the end of the hall on the right

From I-684 South:

684 South to exit 1
Stay to right, 287W/White Plains
Stay to right again to get on Westchester Avenue, then immediately get into left lane on Westchester Avenue
At 1st light make left (Wm. C Butcher Bridge)
At next light, make a left on to Westchester Ave East
At the 2nd light, make a right onto Corporate Park Drive, follow to the end, building 108
Go to the back of the building (stay to the right) to park
Enter from the back, go straight down the hall and take the 1st right, Suite 105 is at the end of the hall on the right

From Area Airports:

Westchester County Airport
Follow signs for 684 south. Continue straight and follow signs for 287 West/Westchester Avenue. Bear right on Westchester Avenue. Make your first left on William L. Butcher Bridge. Make a left on Westchester Avenue. At the second light, make a left on Corporate Park Drive. Continue straight up the hill and follow road to the end, building 108. Stay to the right and park there. Enter from back of the building. Go down the hall & make your first right. Suite 105 is the last door on the right hand side at the end of the hallway.

Newark Airport
Follow signs for New Jersey Turnpike North. Take this to I-95 North. Once on I-95, follow signs to 287 west. Take 287 to exit 9 S-N (Westchester Avenue). Go to the second light and make a right onto Corporate Park Drive. Follow road to the end, building 108. Stay to the right and park there. Enter from back of the building. Go down the hall & make your first right. Suite 105 is the last door on the right hand side at the end of the hallway.

LaGuardia Airport
Take the Grand Central Parkway East; follow signs for the Whitestone Bridge. Take Hutchinson River Parkway North. Follow Hutchinson River Parkway North to exit 26 west. Follow signs for Route 287 West, which will put you on Westchester Avenue. Continue ½ mile on Westchester Avenue and turn right on Corporate Park Drive into Westchester Corporate Park. Continue straight up the hill (Bank of New York will be on your right & Summerfield Suites on your left). Follow this road to the end... building 108. Stay to the right and park there. Enter from the back of the building. Go down the hall and make your first right. Suite 105 is the last door on the right hand side at the end of the hallway.

Kennedy Airport
Follow signs for Van Wyck Expressway (678 North) for the Whitestone Bridge. Take the Hutchinson River Parkway North all the way to exit 26 west. You will then be on Westchester Avenue going west. At the first light, Corporate Park Drive, make a right. Continue straight up the hill (Bank of New York will be on your right & Summerfield Suites on your left). Follow this road to the end…building 108. Stay to the right and park there. Enter from the back of the building. Go down the hall and make your first right.
