At Edgewater Technology, we realize that projects are not just about changes to technology. We take a business-centric approach and include the operational readiness as well as the technology readiness workstreams in all our project plans. This means that we include business process definition, end-user training, and organization re-design in addition to software development, testing, infrastructure readiness, and packaged application configuration tasks.

We consider the unique needs and corporate culture of each of our clients and work quickly to create a framework that is most appropriate for meeting the challenges at hand. We draw on elements of several well-known toolsets including Agile, PMBOK, Six Sigma, and Rational Unified Process (RUP). Our experienced program and project managers work within an agile framework that reduces risk and remains responsive to changes in business strategy over the project lifecycle.
