Edgewater Honored in Women Led Business Awards
18th on Boston Business Journal's Top 100 List
The Commonwealth Institute and the Boston Business Journal hosted the organizations’ Top 100 Women-Led Businesses Awards ceremony December 8, 2010, at the Park Plaza Hotel in Boston. These awards celebrate and honor the region’s top women-led businesses. Edgewater placed 18th on the list that ranked businesses by 2009 revenue.
“It is an honor to be included on this list once again," commented Shirley Singleton, Chairman, President and CEO of Edgewater. "The awards ceremony was standing room only. We were overwhelmed by the positive response from the business community."

The Commonwealth Institute, a nonprofit organization that helps women CEOs, corporate executive and nonprofit executive directors build successful companies and organizations, today announces the election of Shirley Singleton of Edgewater Technology to serve for a term of two years. With the addition of Singleton, the board is now comprised of twenty-five directors.

Company Also Receives 2010 Outstanding Sales Recognition
Edgewater Fullscope announced it is Microsoft Dynamics Manufacturing Partner of the Year. The Company was chosen out of an international field of top Microsoft partners for delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology. Fullscope was also named to the 2010 Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club and Inner Circle. The recognitions were announced last week during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2010 in Washington, D.C.

The 16th annual ranking VAR 500 list details the leading producers among technology integrators and technology solution provider organizations in North America based on gross worldwide revenue of hardware and software sales, as well as earnings from professional and managed IT services. Edgewater placed number 361 on the list.

Software Magazine recognized Edgewater Technology within its 26th Annual Software 500, ranking of the world’s largest software and services providers. Edgewater’s ranking (#236) is based on the Company’s total 2007 service revenue of $68.5 million, which increased 14% year over year. This marks Edgewater's ninth year within the Software 500.

In July, the Boston Business Journal published its annual ranking of the area's largest software developers. Edgewater Technology was ranked at #21.
Edgewater Recognized as One of the America's Fastest-growing Small Public Companies Edgewater Technology was awarded a ranking in the
FSB 100 at #28. As noted by FSB, businesses such as AARP and DHL rely on Edgewater's technology management consulting services to help maximize performance. Edgewater recorded revenue from 73 new customers last year, an increase from 61 new customers in 2006. It also acquired Vertical Pitch, a Denver technology consulting company. The FSB 100 is an annually published ranking that recognizes those small public companies that are thriving in tough times.

The Boston Globe named Edgewater to the “Globe 100” list of top performing public companies in Massachusetts. Based on a composite score derived from financial data for the four quarters ending December 31, 2007, Edgewater was ranked 58th among 100 Massachusetts-based companies whose stock is publicly traded on NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange or American Stock Exchange.
Shirley Singleton Recipient of Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Endicott College
During Endicott College sixty-eighth commencement exercises held on Saturday, May 17, Edgewater's CEO, Shirley Singleton, was the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters. Shirley was also the commencement speaker for this event.
