Edgewater Fullscope Data Collection 3.0 Available For Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

New Architecture Leverages Microsoft Technology; Runs in the Cloud and on Mobile Devices

ATHENS, AL – March 12, 2012 – Edgewater Fullscope, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Edgewater Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: EDGW, http://www.edgewater.com) and Microsoft Gold Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) partner, today announced the availability of Fullscope Data Collection 3.0 for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The latest version includes a new architecture that completely leverages Microsoft technology, including the Services and Application Integration Framework (AIF) and Windows Communication Framework for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. It runs on mobile devices and also in a Cloud environment.

The Edgewater Fullscope Data Collection application supports both discrete and process manufacturing warehouse and shop floor transactions, giving manufacturers and distributors real-time inventory updates and improved inventory control; reduced data keying errors and paperwork and improved operational efficiencies (receiving, picking, cycle counts, stock outs and back orders). It also has catch weight, co-products and by-products functionality to address specific challenges for food and beverage and chemical manufacturers.

“This architectural shift to a pure Microsoft platform will create a better user experience for our Microsoft Dynamics AX customers and better enable them to make their own enhancements,” said Reddy Beeram, director, product management, for Edgewater Fullscope. “This product continues to be a great option for manufacturers trying to reduce manual errors and improve productivity throughout their operations.”
